I am an award-winning Filmmaker, Video editor, and Motion designer based in Germany.
Osama is an award-winning filmmaker who has made a name for himself in the international film industry. Born and raised in Sana'a, Yemen, he developed an interest in filmmaking at a young age and has been honing his craft ever since.
During his bachelor studies, Osama made several short films, documentaries, and music videos. After completing his Bachelor of Arts degree, he continued to create compelling visual content for television and the big screen.
Osama gained critical acclaim with his short film The Helmet, which was recognized at various film festivals and earned him several awards. He has also worked with notable international clients such as DW Akademie, NETFLIX, FUNK, and Disney+, showcasing his exceptional talents as a director, editor, and motion designer.
Currently based in Berlin, Osama is working on his next short film, Schwer, which follows the story of three young immigrants who come to the aid of their doctor friend as he faces challenges with his documentation in Germany. Osama's passion for storytelling and filmmaking continues to drive him forward as he produces powerful and thought-provoking works of cinema.
I practice interactive, print and identity design for brands like Kelin, Mileave, Forand, Muddly, Pictura, Ouldemove, Debut38, Courel and Stue.
